HOURS/WEEK and MONTHS/YEAR: 20 hours/week and 52 weeks/year FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, HourlyGENERAL PURPOSE Provides general oversight of day-to-day technical operation of the Comprehensive Assessment and Remediation Program for undergraduate nursing students. Prioritizes and resolves technical issues and concerns. Develops and maintains calendar of testing, files, and records of testing results. Arranges semester testing schedule in consultation with Associate Dean. Works directly with external constituents (e.g., academic testing partner, faculty, and students) and Molloy community members to support and/or resolve routine and non-routine technical issues related to comprehensive assessment and remediation program. Works collaboratively with Associate Dean to ensure functioning of assessment and remediation program.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external constituents related to comprehensive assessment and remediation program and resolves both routine and more complex technical issues.
- Prepares calendar, correspondence, maintains files and databases related to assessment and testing program. Schedules and confirms appointments, shares schedule and testing results with appropriate faculty.
- Develops and/or edits documents, considering the intended audience, within guidelines of supervisor. Communicates with Associate Deans and lead faculty with any issues/concerns. Seeks assistance and guidance as needed.
- Provides proctoring for all online assessment exams. Troubleshoot and seek to resolve technical issues as they occur. Works with Associate Dean to trouble shoot and resolve any student issues related to testing.
- Initiates and maintains accurate testing database. Works with assessment coordinator to provide needed information for program assessment reports.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Some college (Prefer Computer, IT, Technical experience)
- 1 to 3 years of work-related experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Databases
