Job TITLE: Technical Channel Project Manager

Skill:
Work closely with channel partners to understand customer needs and existing system landscape, documenting findings.Coordinate with engineering organization.Provide architecture introduction of solution to prospects.Engage in technical discussions with prospects and channel partners.Oversee solution implementation working closely with channel partners.Develop and manage schedules for engagements.Facilitate interactions and resolutions of issues to unblock development team.Oversee and track dependencies of implementations, providing regular reports to management.Identify and support implementation of process improvements.Establish relationships within channel partner organizations.Experience:
Overall 8+ years of industry experience.3+ years of prior programming experience, preferably in mobile application and platform service development.4+ years of consulting and lead project/program management experience.Must have technical experience (this is not a pure project management role).Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, including presentation to prospects and channel partners.Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations within the US and occasionally internationally.Analytical and process-oriented.Experienced working with software development teams.Experienced in running multiple simultaneous projects.Be the first to notice risks and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.Courage to be a voice of reason and authority, and make tough calls.Creative problem-solving skills related to team, project deliverables, and cross-functional issues.Ability and desire to learn new areas as solutions evolve over time.Must be productive in working remotely with various teams.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a must.
