Technical Coordinator - Insight Global : Job Details

Position: Technical Project Coordinator

Location: onsite in San Antonio, TX

Duration: 1-year contract

Pay Rate: $20-25/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years of experience working cross functionally on various technical projects
• Experience providing change management support
• Proficiency in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Background in conducting analysis on incident trends and coordinating the development of remediation plans with appropriate teams

Day-to-Day:

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will serve as the liaison between different executives and the business relationship managers. Your role will involve working on multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination across various teams. You'll play a crucial part in supporting the organization's operational needs. This person will be responsible for coordinating and supporting on software issues, training and installation as well as field equipment and software license requests (answering process questions, directing to IT Service Connection/ submitting tickets). Day to day this person will work with product and service managers to develop concise communications with incidents, problems and change management as needed.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week's hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
