Our commitment to collaboration and mentoring makes Gensler the perfect place to nurture your career.What You Will DoParticipate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and productionCollaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectivesProduce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawingsUtilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutionsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture10+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to endExperience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication during C.A.Revit proficiency is requiredProficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp , Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plusKnowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codesStrong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeLEED accreditation a plusTO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT A CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMATThis position is in-person.
