Position Overview: We are seeking a manager to oversee a team of 5-6 Business Analysts, IT Support Specialists, and Application Specialists who have come up through the operations side of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of 5-6 business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

-Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, with a primary focus on the D365 implementation.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Ensure the team follows best practices in project management, including risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.

-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and report on project status to senior management.

-Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the project management process as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years' experience in managing teams, preferably in an Information Technology capacity

-5+ years' experience managing or participating in information technology projects

-Bachelor of Science degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred

-Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP application preferred

Pay range is a $130k-$180k salary based on previous experience.
