What you bring: - Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.
- Self-motivated with the drive, commitment, and high energy to motivate others.
- The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
- Excellent people skills
What you will be doing: - Operate equipment effectively and efficiently to produce desired output, maintaining high standards of quality required by customers.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of product by making efficient product changes.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.
- Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within specified parameters of quality, material efficiency, and time efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace to ensure optimal operations.
