Technical Product Manager

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager on a centralized data platform, proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder management in collaboration with the scrum team. Skilled in crafting and executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with vision and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Competent self-starter with the ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritize work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders.Lead Agile Release Train Feature's Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap Ownership and Development.Extensive experience in participating in PI planning sessions and working with business on the product roadmap and committed objectives draft plan.Adept experience in working with cross-functional teams and tracking dependencies while mitigating business risks encountered during PI execution.Make decisions, in partnership with ART and Solution leaders, that drive program increment priorities with ROI.Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, incorporating feedback and adjusting priorities to meet evolving business goals.Develop lean business cases for Epic and feature acceptance, make recommendations, and define what success will look like for Epics that are critical to driving value for strategic priorities.Set and own vision and roadmaps for their team while providing subject matter expertise and guidance on the product strategy to scrum teams and leaders.Translate customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap).Partner with other areas including architecture design and engineering to lay the groundwork for future feature delivery.Prioritize and align the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs, managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog.Work with RTEs, when roadblocks occur, to problem-solve and develop mitigation plans.Escalate risks and issues to the program backlog to stakeholders along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions.Responsible for release definition and work with release management, where applicable, to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer; participate in biweekly System Demos.Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data mapping, integration points, and process workflows from an end-to-end perspective.Ability to analyze, map, and translate technical changes to business value and communicate to various stakeholders.Background/Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant product experience as a Product Manager supporting multiple scrum teams in a SAFE Agile environment.Must be Product Manager (POPM) certified.Experience as a techno-functional product manager.Experience with enterprise integration and vendor integrations.Experience with clinical healthcare/pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems.Experience with Cloud implementations.Strong knowledge of data management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
