Job Overview: Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Marvin is looking for confident individuals to join our Customer Support Team as Technical Product Support Specialists. You will become an expert on Marvin's Product Collections and help deliver unparalleled support to both internal and external customers.

The main role of the Technical Product Support Specialist is to assist our contacts, primarily Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Homeowners, with their product-related inquiries. You will handle questions regarding technical information, pricing, structural requirements, product limitations, and requests for recommendations and CAD drawings. Inquiries can be submitted via email, phone, or through Marvin's Order System. Collaboration with several departments, including Inside Sales, Architectural Technical, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, is essential to resolve these queries.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer requests for technical information, product limitations, and capabilities.
  • Managing incoming inquiries efficiently by utilizing available resources and working with product experts to resolve questions.
  • Providing product pricing, estimates, structural analyses, AutoCAD working drawings, and special calculations as needed.
  • Collaborating across functions to deliver accurate information regarding product options and production capabilities.
  • Supporting the development of channel partners and trade professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills with the ability to learn AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of drafting concepts and familiarity with the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • A related degree (2-4 years) or equivalent experience.
  • The capability to quickly learn Marvin products, systems, and processes.
