    Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

    • Drive program management for large-scale technology and sustainable energy projects, ensuring on-scope, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage and communicate project goals, deliverables, and outcomes.
    • Create and manage project templates, summaries, and key documentation to support progress and decision-making.
    • Lead multiple projects end-to-end using appropriate frameworks and methodologies.
    • Mentor and guide team members while fostering cross-team collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
    • Ensure compliance with project management standards and maintain financial integrity across deliverables.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • 8–10 years of relevant experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, financial management, and stakeholder communication.

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Experience in energy storage solutions, utilities, or the energy industry.
    • Background in consulting or professional services with expertise in managing complex international projects.
