With our recent acquisition of Elevar, a dynamic conversiontracking solution for fast-scaling e-Commerce brands, together we create an omni-channel powerhouse.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional, software and analytical projects across our enterprise. In this role, you will work with diverse teams to drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and project management skills to deliver impactful software and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex projects within dynamic environments and a background in professional consulting or large-scale corporate operations.Where you'll workIdeal candidates are located in US Central or Eastern Time Zone with office locations in Dallas, TX or Boca Raton, FL. Remote candidates will also be considered with required occasional travel.What you'll do
  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across multiple teams.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Drive project execution, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders while ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assess project performance and document key learnings to improve future initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.RequirementsBasic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects, particularly those involving complex data integration and system transitions.
    • Strong technical understanding of software development processes, database systems, and cloud infrastructure.Preferred Qualifications
      • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) preferred.Performance Standards

          • Growth Without BoundariesEmployment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.CompensationThe Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $60,000 to $120,000 USD.Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate's home base.
