As a Technical Project Manager at Triage Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our telecommunications customers are satisfied and successful in using our products or services. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, and helping them get the most out of our solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and driving the direction of the software used to support the business. Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Identify opportunities for software to meet changing business needs.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders. Understand their specific business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Create and Prioritize work items / user stories for the software team to execute upon.
- Maintain a healthy product backlog of work items for the software team.
- Work with the business stakeholders on rollout and training plans for major new features.
- Provide support to the users, identifying gaps in understanding, and close those gaps through incremental improvement of the technology offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product or service offerings and stay up-to-date with new features and updates. Communicate these to users and help them integrate these into their operations.
- Track and analyze usage trends (using MS Clarity or Application Insights) and propose ideas for improvement to the business stakeholders.
- Proactively reach out to users to check in, offer assistance, and provide value-added insights or recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience maintaining a backlog and sprint planning in an Agile Development model.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with backlog Management Tools such as DevOps or Jira.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with creating reporting dashboards (Power BI) strongly preferred.
- Experience with Wireframe design tools such as Balsamiq is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Business Diagramming tools such as Visio or Kissflow is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of latitude is required for this position.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
