As a Project Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for leading new projects and completing projects on time and within budget. You will play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
- Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
