Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Junior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resources
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Participate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech community

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the tech industry (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong learning agility and eagerness to develop new skills
