Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT/Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone with about 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field who is eager to grow in IT staffing and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing – Find and attract top IT professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening – Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Building – Develop strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities.
- Client Collaboration – Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and present qualified candidates.
- Process Management – Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: ~2 years in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Interest in IT and a willingness to learn about different tech roles.
- People Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational Superpowers: Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Bonus Points – Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus!
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
