Technical Sale Representative - Wm. Neundorfer & : Job Details

We are in search of a professional industrial sales representative for a 3 person sales and distribution agency specializing in bulk material processing and corrosion control coatings solutions. The position requires development and maintenance of customer accounts. The candidate must be able to recognize customer process challenges and clearly communicate solutions. Self-motivation to provide excellent customer service for new and established opportunities in the sales territory will be key to success. The position is incentivized to sales and agency success. The agency office and warehouse are located in Painesville, OH. Sales territories include Ohio, W Virginia, W Pennsylvania and W New York.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present a professional, self-managed, timely and organized approach to sales
• Communicate with customers, in-person, via email and on phone
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Establish customer needs, offer product solutions and close sales
• Represent each of the principal's respective brands with professionalism
• Seek potential principles that fit with agency mission
• Expected travel 4-6 nights per month within territory

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills/creative problem solver
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial Engineering required
• 5-10 years industrial experience with sales aptitude.
• Bulk material handling or corrosion coating experience a plus
• Independent self-starter with drive for personal and agency success

Other:

• This position requires a Clean Driving Record (a minimum of 3 years history).
• MVR's will be obtained and reviewed prior to the start of employment.
