They are currently looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to help grow their business.The company is in huge growth phase and has long history hiring military talent for these roles. Their Business Development Director on the hiring team is prior Navy and a RecruitMilitary alumni. With 80% of our Executive Management Team having military or merchant marine experience, they deeply understand the critical importance of isolation and flow control to vessel performance. Products include pumps, valves, actuators, strainers, hose-reels, obsolescence and repair modules.As a Senior Technical Salesperson, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, address technical challenges with advanced solutions, and leverage expertise in valves, actuators, and fluid control systems. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless product and service delivery while driving growth through innovation and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have proven technical sales experience, preferably in maritime or related industries, Navy or Merchant Marine background (a plus), strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for innovation and excellence. They are looking for folks who thrive on performance-based role and enjoy customer interactions and consulting. This is an awesome sales role, with great compensation and exposure to a variety of industries. Looking for someone with the right attitude and can bring the experience to the team to help build relationships and grow the business.Base salary, $150K - $200K, with commission bonuses. They offer benefits, a 401k, profit sharing once vested in the organization.
