  • Develops and implements strategies to maintain and/or expand sales in conjunction with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Prepares and implements short and long terms sales plans for each account
  • Forecasts the demand for product(s) and prepares budgets
  • Prepares project reports and sales activity reports as requested
  • Align with organizational initiatives to maximize Customer value through systematic adoption, education, and execution, in an incredibly fast-paced, exciting, and constantly changing environment.
  • Create a strategy and develop, manage, and execute sales realization for assigned accounts.
  • Create account plans to effectively align with customer's strategies to identify mutual and establish actionable next steps.
  • Proficient at contract negotiations – strategic thinking, financial analysis, excellent negotiating skills, leading negotiating teams.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and target potential clients within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, and conduct market research to generate new leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue within existing accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and identify influences with multi-level connections across the organization.
  • Meets regularly with the customer to understand their objectives and requirements.
  • Develops account relationship, recommends new product and technology, and obtains feedback on products.
  • Ensures that Sales, R & D, Marketing and Customer Service provide post implementation support to customers.
  • Participates in trade shows, weekly sales conference calls, and quarterly sales meetings.
  • Keeps abreast of market trends, new technology, pricing, and customer projects.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Chemistry or related field from four-year College or University.
  • Minimum 5 years technology background in chemistries for Hydraulic Fracturing, Friction Reducers (FRs)and surfactants
  • Key account leadership required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically and analytically
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools

Travel Requirements: 50% or more
