GMC is seeking a Technical Specialist for water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our Atlanta, GA team. This individual will serve as project manager and/or technical lead on municipal drinking and wastewater projects. Foundational

- Must show level of knowledge above general engineering staff and Project Managers
- Content with working across state lines as necessary to produce engineering projects
Technical
- Provide design of technical activities in engineering projects
- Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, or market demand
- Utilize and educate staff on critical tools for success including software, analysis and research

- Present and explain proposals, reports or findings to clients
- Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures

- Direct, review, or approve project design changes
- Coordinates with State Technical Leader and Project Managers to provide technical speakers at state, regional and national conferences
- Connectivity with other technical specialists to elevate one another

Minimum Qualifications:Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Master's, BCEE, PMP, LEED AP preferred
- Engaged in life-long learning to maintain knowledge associated with Architecture / Engineering contemporary issue
- Professional Engineer Licensure
