About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to manage, respond to, and recreate client support tickets. You will be responsible for handling incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and providing efficient support to internal and external users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming client support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Recreate reported issues, test solutions, and document troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide first-level support for technical issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.
  • Regularly update tickets with progress and resolution status.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Jira/Confluence experience or Agile PM certification is preferred.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT security practices and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus.

Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $55,000, plus benefits.
