Technical Support Engineer I
About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer I in the Insurance industry, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with technical issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving these issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent technical support.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support to clients and customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
* Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
* Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
Skills:
As a Technical Support Engineer I, you will use your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will communicate effectively with clients and customers to understand their technical issues and provide solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. You will use your technical knowledge and skills to continuously improve the quality of technical support provided to clients and customers. Additionally, you will use CRM and ticketing systems to document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 1+ years of experience in technical support or related field
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the Insurance industry
* Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
* Experience with SQL and database management
* Certifications in relevant technical fields
