Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with a background in technical operations and a passion for customer service. This role is ideal for veterans with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and support.Key responsibilities:- Provide high-quality phone, email, and chat support to end users, distributors, field service engineers, and sales teams- Take ownership of service cases, track issues and resolutions in CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups- Manage logistical support, including scheduling and prioritizing work orders for the field service team- Perform hands-on repairs, assist with complex technical issues, and maintain support equipment- Handle administrative tasks such as warranty RMAs, part orders, service quotes, and invoicing- Deliver product training to customers and service engineers- Identify opportunities to promote service programs and test new vendor productsQualifications:- Education: Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military technical training (bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred)- At least 3 years experience in a related role, preferably in the marking and coding industry- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, electronic circuitry, and mechanical systems- Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentIf you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic support role, they would love to have you on their team.Base salary,$70K - $75K, with great benefits; 3 Weeks of PTO and company holidays; no travel This job is exciting for military veterans because it offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic, hands-on role while supporting a diverse team, solving complex problems, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
