With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs Requirements Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ductless and VRF systems or similar HVAC equipment. Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, particularly Ductless and VRF technology. Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration principles. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. Comfortable working in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces. Willingness to travel extensively within North and South Carolina, sometimes on short notice.
