In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality customer service across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage technology issues from start to finish.
  • Coordinate tasks and resources for projects and service support.
  • Create clear support documentation, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Use critical thinking to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Build relationships across various business areas to achieve results.
  • Provide regular project status updates and effectively manage communications.
  • Conduct end-user training to ensure clear understanding of IT processes.
  • Process user account changes and manage IT equipment deployment.
  • Log service requests, incidents, and feedback, striving for operational excellence.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the techbar experience for users.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment (preferably in finance).
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface confidently with executives and internal customers.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and the Office 365 suite.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for PCs, networks, smartphones/tablets, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues globally.
  • High empathy and commitment to helping users adopt IT solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in everyday language.
  • Willingness to travel between New York City and San Francisco as needed.
  • A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.
