Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to deliver first- and second-level support for both hardware and software products and services. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues through user communication, assisting with problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution. This role primarily focuses on resolving basic to moderately complex technical problems, escalating advanced issues to senior technicians when necessary. The analyst will also assist users with software applications, email systems, and operating systems. The position is remote after an initial 6-8 week training period in the office.
