Purpose of the position This position is responsible for documentation, training, and support of Hiab USA: Service, Sales, Parts, and Authorized Service partners, as well as responsible for the management of the local Training Team. Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage the training schedule
  • Oversee and create new training material
  • Update existing training material as needed
  • Create/oversee training props and training exercises
  • Oversee/create training videos
  • Manage the local Training Team
  • US travel as required, overseas travel possible
Accountabilities:
  • Bi-weekly summary of key activity and recommended follow up
  • Ensuring positive experience from support requests
  • Timely expense reporting
What you'll need to succeed Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Service experience from HIAB workshop or similar preferred or technical degree within engineering, communication, or quality field or several years of experience from a similar position
Working experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of HIAB crane/Truck-Mounted Forklift service experience
Skills and competencies:
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • High integrity and personal responsibility
  • Trustworthy and ethical
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in use of computers, email, Microsoft Office Suite (and similar programs), web-based applications
  • Organized and excellent time management
  • This position requires extensive knowledge of HIAB products, including control systems, hydraulics, and electronics as well as how the cranes integrate into the truck chassis
  • Work within the C-Office platform
