Our Client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a Technical Writer in their New York, New York Location

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for Apple Card Savings servicing.
• Create clear and concise talking points to aid customer service representatives in providing accurate information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and ensure the documentation meets their needs.
• Utilize JIRA and Solutions Manager for tracking progress and managing updates.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documents.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Solutions Manager is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing.
