Key Responsibilities
- Proofread and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, syntax, and consistency according to identified style manuals.
- Edit copy to improve readability and clarity, ensuring content adheres to style guidelines such as AP and Chicago writing manuals.
- Ensure content avoids liability risks or negative impressions for the organization.
- Collaborate with program team members to revise content for style, organization, and accuracy.
- Review proofs submitted by the creative services team prior to publication production.
- Format reports, tables, and graphics for a polished and professional presentation.
- Edit content with accessibility standards in mind and perform quality checks for documents prior to publication.
- Follow and develop processes and style guidelines to maintain consistency across materials.
- Contribute to additional responsibilities as assigned by the Corporate Marketing team.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of business experience.
- OR an unrelated Bachelor's degree with 5 years of direct, relevant experience.
Preferred IT Systems Knowledge
- VM Horizon Client/VM/Secure Auth.
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word.
- Lytho.
- Adobe Acrobat Pro.
