This role will install, program, and service commercial digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for technician support related to Building Automation Systems (BAS), maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and controls related service requests. What you will do:
- Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Work on the diagnosis and repair of direct digital control systems.
- Assist with preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Perform new system component installations including cabling, control panels, control devices, conduit, or other components.
- Commission and testing of new building control devices.
- Participate in training or certification programs as required.
- Participate in formal training programs for selected product lines and processes.
- Continue to learn installation best practices and expand knowledge of general HVAC systems and operations.
- Assess ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively.
- On call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years related experience including demonstrated BAS experience in design, programming, graphics, implementation, and/or troubleshooting.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-year Associate's Degree or equivalent additional experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodation.
- Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BMS/Niagara experience strongly preferred.
- Niagara 4 certification.
