Technician Quality - Tenneco : Job Details

Perform layout (dimensional analysis) of gauges, parts, fixtures, and tooling to print specification. Perform certifications and studies of parts, gauges, and fixtures, complete documentation for various reports and initial sample submissions. Maintain calibration for all measurements instruments. Must be able to work well with all plant disciplines, customers, and suppliers. Individual needs to be self-motivated, aggressive, and able to work well with others. Responsible for performing dimensional inspection activities to support IATF 16949 Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Customer annual validations, and 8 D problem resolution requirements. III. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Additional duties may be assigned as needed.) Manage Gage Trak system. Measure gages, parts, tooling, and fixtures using CMM, Calipers, Height Gages, etc. Program and run PCDMIS software. Program and run Poly Works software.
