Job Description Title: Techno Functional Applications Developer - Summit (Finastra) Rate: $100.00 - $120.00/hour DOE Location: Midtown, NYC Duration of Assignment: 6-12+ months Type: W2 or Corp-to-Corp **Sponsorship is NOT available at this time** Summary of Position: Our client is a European investment bank looking for a Techno Functional Applications Developer with Summit (Finastra) and C# expertise. This is a Front to Back-office position within the FITC group of their IT department. The role of the Application Developer is to develop (i.e.: program) software as per the sponsors' requirements. The sponsor can be a user, a department, or a project. The delivered product will essentially comprise of a GUI (graphical user interface), an engine (i.e.: for calculation, decisions making, order passing, etc.) and a data component (i.e.: pull in, manipulate, store, push out). In compliance with the firm's software development policies, the Application Developer is providing software solutions that will allow the firm to increase its productivity and efficiency, streamline its processes, mitigate risk, remain compliant with the changing market regulations and in turn build up its competitive advantage. Responsibilities: Work with/support the Fixed Income, Treasury and Credit business: •Gather, understand and analyze user requirements Turn these requirements into functional and technical specification documents outlining: o Business need(s) to be addressed o Software alternatives o Proposed alternative along with action plan and cost o Justification of the selected technologies •Implement, test, release and maintain/support the software solution in line with the agreed upon specifications •Troubleshoot applications, databases and processes as needed •Assist users to make the best use of the delivered technologies •Train users, colleagues and peers as needed Guidance & Project Management: •Provide guidance to more junior staff within the team •Take ownership of medium scale projects Other •Report comprehensive status to management on a regular basis •Write technical and functional documentation as needed •Continue to develop technical skills and learn new technologies as needed Requirements

• Minimum 3-5-year experience in implementation in the Finance industry
• Deep knowledge of Summit, must be familiar with products traded on Treasury ,Credit business and Fixed Income (Repo and Bonds) is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Summit STP services for Front Office and back office as cashflows, accounting, operations and settlements workflows.
• Required: .Net Core development including C#, ASP.Net (MVC, REST interfaces using Web API), ASP.Net Core, IIS.
• Deep IT knowledge, the successful candidate must be able to review source code, write and execute SQL queries (Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server) and read/understand a script (Windows and Unix as Bash, Perl, Python). Deep understanding of Summit metamodel is preferred.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, C++, C#, Infragistics, XML, XSLT, Excel VBA
• Client-side framework knowledge. Angular, and typescript.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, with strong attention to detail and ability to provide solutions to problems.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications
