Please go through the requirement and reply with your updated profile, contact details, and your availability if you would be interested in it.Title: Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 6 to 12 monthsData Privacy based Compliance Framework/Compliance Control/Reporting Audit Consulting:We are looking for techno-functional consultants who can do the following.

Review the current Data privacy Compliance framework at the Customer.

Compare it with Best practices / Tech solutions in the Compliance framework implemented at other Fintech companies/comparable companies.

Derive the maturity level of the compliance framework.

Provide an Assessment report and recommendation.

Provide recommendations on Solutions that can enhance the maturity level in the following areas but not limited to

Private enhancing technology

Gen AI for Privacy Solution use cases

Internal Control/External Control /Compliance reporting.

Minimum Experience level: 10+ years in the Industry. Skills/Experience

Have done the functional analysis of data privacy requirements for compliance and implemented end-to-end Data privacy and Compliance reporting solutions using tools/processes.

Have worked on private Enhancing technology solutions that allow information to be collected, processed, analyzed, and shared while protecting data confidentiality and privacy.

Worked on implementing end-to-end Data Privacy compliance framework.

Is a techno-functional consultant who understands compliance reporting and the underlying technical tools.

Have performed Data Privacy Compliance framework/control maturity Auditing and recommendation.

Has experience in implementing Data privacy solutions in Fintech.

Has worked with compliance standards - GDPR, CPRA, CCPA, etc.
