I TS Field Support you will do:General Summary:Looking for a technical writer who will collaborate with SME's / System administrator including Technology team to build detailed documentation on systems and process. Duties will include updating and managing the company's systems procedure guide end to end and working with developers/operations to create new documents as we release new services.As a Technology Applications you will:

• • Fluency in technical and common office software, ERP and PLM knowledge is a plus
• • Create, document, and refine technical information and other various materials explaining products, tools, and services.
• • Collaborate with fellow technical communicators to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
• • Manage complex information and multiple projects within content specifications including drawing swim lanes.
• • Good eye for details including analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• • Suggest best practices and optimizations throughout content generation projects.
• • Ability to create and check all technical material for consistency and accuracy.
• • Collaborate with technical team to develop approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
• • Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible.
• • Create technical documents that convey accurate messaging for the project and product specifications.

Job Qualifications and Technical Skill Sets

• • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
• • 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
• • Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
• • Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
