  • Previous experience working in a school preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide Criminal History background check and fingerprinting
  • Ability to cooperate in a team effort with other employees
  • Be self- motivated, able to work on several projects concomitantly
  • Be able to follow instructions and follow through on assignments
  • Be able to protect the confidentiality of information pertaining to students, staff and program matters as appropriate

Description Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Applicants or persons employed in this position must be able to perform the following tasks and functions which are fundamental to the purpose of the position.
  • Communication/liaison with district Technology Department and site Library Media Center
  • Maintain patron, assets, and circulation information for devices and textbooks (Incident IQ)
  • Maintain the buildings' physical asset inventories, providing copies to building and district administration
  • Learn, use, and troubleshoot systems such as Google Workspace for Education, Infinite Campus, and Incident IQ
  • Daily monitoring of status changes of Incident IQ tickets
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, labeling, compiling statistics, maintaining records, tracking inventory, communications with teachers and parents
  • Create/charge Chromebook testing carts and prepare extra devices for testing
  • Work with Finance to manage device insurance
  • Onsite requestor for Hotspots, working with students and parents on usage and care.
  • Manage lost/damaged assets such as Chromebooks and chargers: collecting payment, tracking usage, and invoicing
  • Minor care for devices
  • Coordinate with site's Chromebook repair program
  • Take ID pictures, print, sort, and distribute IDs to students. Maintain and reorder ID supplies as needed.
  • Accept payment for replacement IDs and provide documentation for accounts receivable
  • Create signage/infographics for students to use with regards to tech help
  • Develop relationships with students that aids in successful use of technology
  • Design and create shared workflow documents
  • Supports the schools' mission, strategic plan, and policies
  • Follows policy and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Must be able to get around the school, organize, locate and retrieve or shelve books or equipment. There is constant standing and walking; frequent bending/stooping, squatting/crouching, and reaching above the shoulder to handle inventory and to stand on step ladder/stool. There is occasional carrying and lifting of up to 50 pounds to receive and handle orders, moving damaged equipment, lifting and moving audio-visual equipment.FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
