- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in computer technology and applications.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Possession of appropriate, valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record and employer-provided transportation required.
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its most effective and efficient utilization.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, instructional technology requirements.
- Knowledge of standard microcomputer operating systems and the software used in a network environment.
- Knowledge of three or more microcomputer and network operating systems, and proficiency at a standard desktop, mobile, and communications applications and protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
