Join our team and help shape the future!Job Description:As a Teen Program Leader, you will play a crucial role in planning and leading activities for our teen members. From sports and arts to leadership workshops and community service projects, you will create a variety of programs that inspire and engage teens. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help make the YMCA a fun and welcoming place for all.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing teen programs and activities
  • Lead and supervise teen participants during programs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment
  • Build meaningful relationships with teens, providing mentorship and support
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Assist with program evaluation and feedback collectionQualifications:
    • Experience working with teens in a recreational, educational, or mentoring capacity
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and leading activities
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR Certification from ASHI, American Red Cross or American Heart Association or willingness to obtain the certification within 30 days of hire
    • Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old
    • This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.Benefits:
