Telecom Analyst

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a Network Analyst or Telecom Analyst role
• Expense management experience is required (Telecom preferred)
• Order processing and contract renewals experience
• Experience interacting heavily with Service Providers, Project Managers and Engineers
• Experience giving status reports to upper management/leadership
• Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule

Desired Skills:

• Tangoe Expense Management is highly desired
• ServiceNow and/or ITIL experience
• Experience in a heavily outsourced IT environment
• Prior Utilities industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant field of study
