TELECOMMUNICATIONS OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate new leads
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for further engagement
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Attend regular sales meetings to provide updates on progress and discuss sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven outbound cold calling and sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking

Performance Expectations:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building
  • Consistently update and maintain accurate records in the CRM software
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Actively contribute to the sales team's success by sharing insights, best practices, and innovative ideas
