(3) Must have a thorough knowledge of safety practices as related to Radio Frequency (RF) systems and general electronic equipment. (4) Must possess a thorough knowledge of basic electronics, and basic knowledge of electrical wiring principals; the ability to read, understand, and draw complex electronic schematic diagrams. (5) Ability to work with hand tools as related to electronic and Radio Frequency (RF) equipment repair. (6) Ability to set up, read and work with complex test equipment including, but not limited to: oscilloscopes, service monitors, time domain reflectometers.
