Job Title: Telemarketing Insurance Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Telemarketing Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance products through telemarketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Job Specifications:- Job Type: Full-time- Location: 4101 Percival Road, Columbia SC- Pay Rate: $20.00/HR- Shift: PRIMARY WORKING HOURS WILL BE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5PM. DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT CALL CENTER HOURS WILL BE EXTENDED FROM 8AM-8PM (7 DAYS PER WEEK).Roles and Responsibilities:- Place and answer inbound and outbound telephone calls from/to potential customers- Assist potential customers in making decisions regarding insurance plans and products- Follow up on leads provided to generate new business opportunities- Generate letters to prospective customers and prepare marketing/information packets- Process applications and ensure accurate documentationQualifications & Skills:- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)- 6 months of sales experience is a plus- Department of Insurance Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire in the state employed- American Health Insurance Professionals Certification for Medicare within 90 days of hire- Working knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Office)- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others- Customer service-oriented mindset- Analytical and critical thinking skills- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software (Microsoft Excel, Access, or other)Opportunities:- Competitive salary and commission structure- Growth and advancement opportunities within the company- Ongoing training and professional development programs- Collaborative and supportive work environment- Opportunity to make a positive impact on customers' livesAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
