Base rate plus commission $60,000 - $100,000.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday Friday in office
Compensation:
- Hourly rate plus commission on sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 calls per day to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with their orders and introducing them to our current specials.
- Qualify customers with high potential for building premier collections.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of all product and customer information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with presenting products over the phone and closing sales.
- Strong phone presence and experience making high volumes of calls daily.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, with a genuine interest in engaging with people.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
