This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates to work morning shifts following Eastern Time. The current office location at Wendell, North Carolina office. A Telematic Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.· Provides technical support, troubleshooting issues, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with account management.· Helps and supports for users of telematics systems. They are responsible for answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use telematics technology effectively.· Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution.· Ensure all customer records are updated accurately.· Investigate and resolve customer complaints.Qualifications:· With at least 1 year of experience working in a call center role is mandatory and technical support of Telematics service is strongly preferred.· English Native Speaker· Must have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.· Empathy and understanding toward customers' need and concerns· Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software application· Willingness to work on-site full-time in Wendell, Carolina while following Eastern Time.Work Schedule:· Full-time position, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Eastern Time).$20-$25/hour, depending on experience
