  • Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and notify appropriate healthcare staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient data in electronic health records.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and teams.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
