• Day Shift: 1:4-5 nurse-patient ratio
• Night Shift: 1:5-6 nurse-patient ratio
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Every other weekend/holiday required
• Caregivers will be deployed from the Care Coordinator Center to where they are needed
• Will spend time in the ER for ER hold patients
• Facility seeks a caregiver to stay through the end of September

Requirements:

• Current New York State RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Critical drip and CVA experience is a plus
• At least 1 year current experience with telemetry population
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Must work minimum every other holiday
• Local Rate applies for travelers within 50 miles of the facility (reduced rate of $10 off the current bill rate)
• Facility physical required (cost $96)
• COVID terms as per credentialing requirements
