Job Summary:

In this role you will be a key connection between the company and the research participants. This is full-time and on-site. No telemarketing or selling is involved in this position. Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm OR 9:00am -5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct verbatim, scripted telephone interviews clearly and easy to understand.

Clarify and probe for answers, when appropriate, and answer questions from respondents using scripted responses.

Listen attentively and respond appropriately to respondents but maintain a neutral and unbiased position.

Accurately document the results of the telephone interview using computerized interviewing software.

Qualifications:

Previous call center or telephone-based work experience is preferred, but not required.

Very strong typing, listening, and reading skills required.

Ability to exercise extreme patience, professionalism, self-control, and good judgment when dealing with respondents

Some evenings and weekends may be required.
