The Member Advocate is responsible for providing transactional and information services to credit union members while achieving sales goals. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Sales: Cross sell financial products or refer members to professionals who can assist them. Meet or exceed specific individual monthly referral goals. Promote and recommend various credit union products such as consumer loans, deposits, mortgages, investments, credit cards, and various electronic services. Respond to questions from the members regarding services we provide in a professional friendly manner. Attend required sales, services, and department training classes to enhance skill level. Additional duties assigned. Operational: Complete deposit, withdrawal, and services transactions with accuracy and efficiency while following all security procedures.
