This remote position requires approximately 40% travel to client sites and company locations.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects of financial modules within our ERP system, ensuring alignment with construction industry standards and corporate accounting practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial requirements, translating them into effective system configurations.
• Provide expert guidance on construction accounting processes, including job costing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to facilitate seamless system adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage regulations, state payroll laws, and corporate accounting policies.

Qualifications:
