Teller II - First Interstate BancSystem : Job Details

The Teller II will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. This position is also responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service and for developing and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional Retail products and other lines of business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides customer account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks and savings bonds. Answers customer's questions in person and/or on the telephone. Records customer account transactions by logging cashier checks, travelers' checks, and other special services; prepare currency transaction reports.
