We take pride in developing our employees to be the best that they can be.Our Tellers provide superb customer service while accurately and expeditiously processing a variety of retail banking tasks while displaying a positive upbeat demeanor and meeting all of Millennium Bank Teller standards and adhering to compliance requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSServicing all new and existing accounts according to bank policies and procedures which include but are not limited to:Cashing checks in accordance with financial institution procedures and ensures that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected and completes hold notices if needed.Processing deposits and withdrawals to savings, checking accounts, and lines of credit.Transferring money between accounts.Processing transactions such as term deposits, retirement savings plan contributions, automated teller transactions, night deposits, and mail deposits.Assisting customers with Debit Card orders/maintenance.Processing loan payments & payoffs.Issuing cashier's checksMaking cash advances on credit cardsBalance and maintain the ATM as assigned or required.Processing customer transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately.Answers basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
