Teller Supervisor - Bank of Springfield : Job Details

Scheduling, supervising, training, approving employee timecards, and developing staff. Maintaining customer service standards, greeting customers, and facilitating a welcome and customer focused environment. Perform teller transactions as needed. Conduct surprise audits at least monthly; teller drawers, machines, and vault. Supporting the staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed. Assisting with balancing issues and verification of cash outages. Set staff goals, evaluate individual performance, execution of goals, and provide disciplinary actions when needed. Qualifications:High school diploma (or equivalency) required .-5 years of bank teller experience. Supervising and training of employees is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of all basic teller functions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
