Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our client in Elk Grove. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative background who thrives in a dynamic office environment. This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, and communications for leadership.
  • Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and phone calls.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
  • Provide support for special projects and cross-departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project coordination or similar roles is a plus.
